The General Counsel will lead the legal function for a California organization with multiple affiliated entities, managing legal matters across these entities while supporting various CEOs and boards of directors. This hybrid role involves providing practical legal advice, overseeing general corporate and commercial legal needs, and determining the evolution of the legal function. • Targeted base salary of $300,000–$350,000
