What the job really is

As a Technical Recruiter at Talkspace, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates, advising hiring managers on profiles and strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also contribute to talent acquisition strategies and process improvements while building relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
