What the job really is

As a Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist at SmithRx, you will manage the daily operations of Drug Pathway updates, ensuring tasks are completed within set Service Level Agreements. Your responsibilities include data entry, system configuration, resolving operational issues, and drafting manuals for consistency. You will also assist in launching new pharmacy programs and support various ad hoc projects as needed.
