What the job really is

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing SMA utility inverters in the field, primarily within the Central region. This role involves significant travel, performing maintenance activities, analyzing performance data, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing spare parts inventory. The engineer will also work with high voltage DC electricity and relevant software and firmware associated with the inverters.
