What the job really is

The Product Quality Assurance Color Specialist is responsible for leading color management projects, developing color standards, and ensuring the quality and integrity of products from development to finished goods. Daily tasks include data management, maintaining a color filing system, and providing strategic support to the PQA Color Team. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to enhance color-related processes and standards.

  • Salary Range: $25.00 - $34.65 hourly, depending on experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary
