What the job really is

The Senior Field Engineering Manager will lead the Field Engineering team in Japan, overseeing both pre-sales Solutions Architects and post-sales Customer Architects. This role involves mentoring the team, ensuring a seamless customer journey, driving the value proposition for Elastic Cloud, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. The manager will also formulate partner engagement strategies to achieve regional goals.
