As a Behavior Technician at FirstSteps, you will work one-on-one with young children diagnosed with autism, helping them develop communication, play, and everyday-life skills. The role involves engaging with children to facilitate their learning and independence, with a focus on creating positive experiences that can significantly impact their future. Training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are provided, making this an accessible entry point for those passionate about working with children.

• $23–25/hour starting pay
• Opportunities for $1/hour increases multiple times a year
