As a BCBA at FirstSteps, you will provide evidence-based behavior analytic treatment to children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences. You will lead a clinical team of RBTs, supporting a manageable caseload of 12–14 children while fostering strong relationships and clinical autonomy. The role emphasizes thoughtful supervision and mentorship, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work and the growth of both the children and your team.
