What the job really is

As a Behavior Technician at FirstSteps, you will work one-on-one with young children diagnosed with autism, helping them develop communication, play, and daily living skills. The role involves direct interaction with children, celebrating their small achievements, and contributing to their overall growth and independence. Training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the field.
