Senior Manager (Hybrid - Chicago)

The Senior Manager at Energy Solutions will lead the planning, administration, and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs, focusing on strategic direction and operational performance. This role involves overseeing program execution, managing client relationships, and developing staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership to enhance program capabilities and drive business development efforts.

• Salary range of $105,000 to $137,000, with a target compensation of $105,000 to $123,300
