What the job really is

As a Salesforce Developer at Culture Amp, you will be responsible for building and shipping Salesforce solutions, implementing features using Apex and Flow, and collaborating with the GTM Systems team on larger projects. Your role will involve translating business requirements into scalable solutions, maintaining core systems, and contributing to the development of AI-powered processes. You will also be expected to document your work and continuously grow your technical skills within the Salesforce platform.
