Maintenance Technician III

The Maintenance Technician III at Corvias is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of properties, utilizing expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work environment. The technician will also handle maintenance requests, complete documentation, and participate in community events as needed.
