The SVP, New Development is responsible for executing strategies and managing the development of new multi-family housing and commercial infrastructure within the Military business segment. This role involves collaborating with partners, overseeing project optimization, and ensuring alignment with contractual agreements. The position requires strong negotiation skills and a focus on driving growth objectives while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Salary range of $235,000 to $255,000 per year
