What the job really is

The Program Manager for GTM Systems & Tooling at Betterment will focus on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves embedding with various teams to understand their workflows, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating those needs into actionable tasks for the engineering team. The manager will also oversee the prioritization of projects and maintain the roadmap for the Business Systems & Tooling team.
