As the Director of Implementation at Zocks, you will lead a team responsible for onboarding and deploying the company's AI assistant for financial advisors. Your role involves building and scaling the implementation team, developing methodologies for successful deployments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective onboarding processes. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and contribute to the company's operational model.
