What the job really is

As an Implementation Manager at Zocks, you will be responsible for driving client success by managing multiple projects focused on deploying and integrating solutions for financial services clients. Your role will involve acting as the technical point of contact, collaborating with clients to define success criteria, and leading integration efforts while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
