Head of Diagnostics Physics

The Head of Diagnostics Physics will lead the department responsible for diagnostic systems in laser fusion power plants, focusing on imaging and spectroscopy. This role involves overseeing scientific efforts in various imaging technologies, developing next-generation concepts, and ensuring that diagnostics meet program objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring teams, establishing best practices, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to address the diagnostic needs of fusion systems.
