People Partner & People Operations Manager – Revenue & Customer Experience Functions

In this role, you will be the first People Partner & People Operations member in New York, collaborating closely with the VP People in Germany to establish and launch the People Partner function from scratch. You will serve as a key resource for the New York and Tampa teams, driving local people programs while ensuring operational and compliance foundations are solid. This position requires a hands-on approach to people management in a fully on-site environment.
