What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in ITSM, Agile, or digital transformation consulting
  • Strong proven experience (3–6 years) knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, BitBucket; Jira Align a plus)
  • Ability to connect technology features with business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with mixed technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience producing solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and delivery roadmaps
  • Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting ecosystems around Atlassian tools
Nice to have
  • Experience implementing solutions with varying technological apps such as Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering in a software or services organization

  • Certifications such as Atlassian Accreditations, ACP, ITIL, or SAFe are a plus
What the job really is

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Valiantys, you will deliver technical projects and configure the Atlassian suite to meet client needs. Your role involves leading technical discovery, defining architecture, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions while collaborating with the Solutions Consulting team. You will also support other consultants and manage the technical delivery on projects, including migrations and customizations.
