As a Network Operation Center (NOC) Technician at Vail, you will monitor servers and hardware, ensuring applications function correctly on a telephony voice platform and network. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting errors in a carrier-grade environment, communicating issues to internal teams, and potentially resolving problems directly. This role requires working in a 24/7 NOC with a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts and a flex week.
