Product Manager – Workforce Management

The Product Manager for Workforce Management at Trackforce will oversee the squad operations of the workforce management solution, focusing on day-to-day execution, backlog quality, and delivery velocity. The role involves becoming a subject-matter expert and engaging with customers as the product knowledge grows. This position is high-visibility and reports directly to the Group Product Manager, emphasizing collaboration and hands-on experimentation with the software.
