Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Associate at Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation will support the HR department with a focus on recruiting and onboarding new employees. This role involves engaging in various HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, including sourcing, hiring, training coordination, and employee engagement, while collaborating with another HR Associate and reporting to the HR Director.
