The Behavioral Health Care Manager at Synapticure will be responsible for creating personalized care plans for patients with neurodegenerative diseases, ensuring they receive comprehensive support from a multidisciplinary team. This role involves coordinating behavioral health support and collaborating with neurologists, geriatricians, and psychologists to enhance patient care and empower families.
