What the job really is

As a Scrum Master at Stand Together, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team backlogs, and foster an environment of trust and psychological safety across multiple teams. You will adapt your Agile practices to support teams at various stages of maturity while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering Leads. Reporting to the Agile Practice Lead, you will help sustain and enhance the organization's internal Agile practice.
