What the job really is

As a Delivery Architect at ServiceRocket, you will serve as a strategic partner for enterprise clients, guiding them through complex technology transformations primarily using the Atlassian platform. Your role involves developing solution roadmaps, advising on architectural decisions, and enhancing customer relationships through mentorship and strategic discussions. You will also contribute to the design of reusable strategic assets and participate in the development of the company's intellectual property.
