What the job really is

The Community Organizer will work part-time to support Planned Parenthood California Central Coast's outreach and advocacy efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating grassroots campaigns, recruiting and training volunteers, managing grant-funded programs, and engaging with the community through events and voter outreach. The role requires building relationships with community members and organizations to promote reproductive health and justice.

Benefits
  • Starting salary of $32.50/hour with an opportunity for an increase after six months
  • $1.00/hour bilingual Spanish/English differential pay offered upon passing the language assessment test
