What the job really is

As an Engineering Manager at PEXA, you will lead multiple engineering squads focused on the technology behind property lodgement and financial settlement services. Your responsibilities will include coaching engineers, collaborating with Product teams, and ensuring the delivery of regulatory commitments while maintaining system reliability and performance. You will also work on improving engineering effectiveness and planning through data-driven insights and evolving tools.
