What the job really is

The Senior People Experience Partner at PEXA will work closely with Product & Technology leaders to enhance organizational capabilities and employee experiences. Daily responsibilities include coaching leaders on workforce planning and organizational change, designing career pathways, and utilizing people data to inform business decisions. The role involves developing practical people plans and leading engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
