The Training Specialist II is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs that support Production, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives. This role also focuses on continuous improvement of these training programs and serves as a subject matter expert in areas such as technical training, training compliance, Lean learning principles, and workforce development.
