Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations at Vessel, you will be responsible for the entire physical delivery process of Vessel buildings, which includes overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and field execution. You will have the opportunity to invent and define the operating model, tackle operational challenges, and create systems for continuous improvement, all while leading a team and collaborating across departments to enhance the building process.

• Base compensation of $250,000 plus performance-based incentive and equity participation
