What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Power Platform administration
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse security, business units, teams, roles, field-level security, auditing, data model design, and environment strategy
  • Experience designing integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, dataflows, virtual tables, Dual-write, and/or third-party middleware
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint document integration, Outlook integration, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric concepts as they relate to CE/CX programs
  • Ability to communicate architecture decisions to executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership in plain business language
Nice to have
  • Recommended certifications: PL-600 equivalent/successor path where applicable, PL-400, PL-200, MB-280 or relevant D365 CE credentials, and Azure fundamentals or architecture credentials
