What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Strong experience as a Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, Customer Analyst, or similar analytical role, ideally within CRM, loyalty, retail, QSR, or consumer businesses
  • Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to independently query, join, clean, and analyse large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
  • Strong Power BI or BI tooling experience, with the ability to build clear dashboards and reporting
  • Solid understanding of CRM and loyalty analytics, including customer lifecycle, segmentation, retention, LTV, campaign performance, and engagement metrics
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze and analysing campaign/customer data
Nice to have
  • Experience within QSR, restaurants, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume consumer environments
  • Experience analysing loyalty programmes and customer economics
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, digital analytics, or modern data stacks
  • Experience working with restaurant/store-level performance data
  • Knowledge of experimentation, incrementality, or campaign measurement methodologies
