What the job really is

As an HR Business Partner in the Operations Division at Malt, you will work closely with revenue leaders to implement HR strategies and enhance organizational performance. Your role will focus on scaling the operations division and fostering a strong culture centered around talent and impact. You will also engage in onboarding new employees and participate in various team-building activities.
