Head of Product Design

As the Head of Product Design at Malt, you will lead the design organization to enhance the user experience for freelancers and clients on the platform. Your role involves driving initiatives that improve user health metrics and commercial KPIs, while ensuring a high standard of design quality and fostering a supportive team culture. You will work closely with multi-squad teams to create cohesive and scalable user journeys across the product.
