What the job really is

As a Staff Engineer in the Platform team at Malt, you will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term technical vision for the platform that supports the Malt marketplace. This includes working with backend technologies like Kotlin/Java, frontend frameworks such as Nuxt/VueJS, and managing GCP cloud infrastructure. Your role will focus on enhancing the foundational tools and workflows that enable engineering squads to efficiently ship software at scale.
