The Head of People Operations & Technology will lead the evolution of People Operations and workforce reporting at Mable, a healthtech platform. This role involves creating a modern operating model that enhances employee experiences while supporting organizational growth, overseeing people services, technology optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strategic leadership combined with operational delivery, working closely with legal and governance teams.
