The Gainsight CS Operations Analyst will be responsible for the technical ownership and administration of the Gainsight platform within Lone Wolf Technologies. This role involves building and configuring Gainsight to enhance customer health management and digital engagement, as well as translating business requirements into effective workflows and reporting. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Customer Success and requires hands-on experience in a complex SaaS environment.
