What the job really is

Lindblad Expeditions is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. The role involves translating strategy into execution, leading cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for setting strategic priorities, preparing for Board meetings, and managing CEO-sponsored initiatives.
