Director of Engineering

The Director of Engineering at Life.Church is responsible for managing the platform engineering team's daily operations and ensuring alignment with the overall Digital Product strategy. This role involves leading the team through the engineering process, aligning objectives and sprints with organizational initiatives, and driving technical outcomes that support the church's mission.
