The Coordinator for the Education First Youth Foyer (EFYF) at Launch Housing is responsible for supervising and managing a team of Youth Development Workers who support students in a residential facility. This role involves ensuring effective day-to-day support for students, focusing on staff development, and operationalizing a 24/7 program that promotes independence and educational attainment for young people at risk of homelessness.
