What the job really is

As a Delivery Driver at Insomnia Cookies, you will be responsible for delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner. Your role includes checking orders for quality, providing excellent customer service, and using the company's delivery app to keep customers updated. You will also interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, making you the face of the brand outside the bakery.
