What the job really is

The Tower Technician III is a senior-level field technician responsible for leading tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers. This role involves climbing and performing work on towers, overseeing installations, conducting advanced testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The technician will also train and mentor team members and manage site operations while traveling to various job sites.
