What the job really is

The Tower Technician III is a senior-level field technician responsible for leading tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers. This role involves climbing and working at heights, overseeing crew operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and conducting advanced testing and troubleshooting. The technician will also train team members and maintain compliance with safety regulations while managing site activities.
