The Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for overseeing associates in a distribution center to ensure operations are conducted accurately and efficiently. Daily tasks include managing receiving, picking, packing, sorting, recording, auditing, and shipping of goods, while reporting directly to the Supervisor of the distribution center.
