What the job really is

The Director of Policy and Partnerships at Hope Services is responsible for shaping and advancing the organization's policy agenda and building strategic partnerships in corporate employment and higher education. This senior leadership role involves representing Hope Services in various coalitions, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing initiatives that promote disability inclusion. The Director also supervises the Special Projects Manager and contributes to organizational strategy as a member of the Executive Team.
