As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Highbar, you will provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on delivering exceptional treatment while managing a lower patient volume. You will collaborate closely with Physical Therapists on treatment plans, benefit from structured mentorship, and utilize AI-supported documentation to streamline your workflow, all within a supportive and autonomous environment.

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
