What the job really is

As a Clinical Therapist at GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide neurobehavioral health services to elderly residents in long-term care facilities. Your role involves evaluating patients, delivering condition-specific therapy, and coordinating care plans with other healthcare professionals and families. You will work autonomously while being supported by an Area Manager and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
