What the job really is

As a Nurse Practitioner at GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide care for patients with dementia and other neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Your role includes conducting evaluations, therapy services, cognitive testing, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the support of corporate clinical leadership and administrative teams.
