What the job really is

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) at GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide neurobehavioral health services to elderly residents in long-term care facilities. Your role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care for individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other psychiatric conditions, while also managing your time effectively and working autonomously with support from the regional Area Manager.
