What the job really is

In this role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) at GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide neurobehavioral health services to elderly residents in long-term care facilities. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care for individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other related conditions, while also managing your time effectively and functioning autonomously with support from a regional Area Manager.
